These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Site. By browsing the Site or using the contact form, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

3. Permitted use of the site

The Site is informational: it describes the software development, technology consulting and artificial intelligence services Valtek offers. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

• Take any action that may damage, overload or impair the Site, or prevent it from working normally.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts related to the Site.
• Use the contact form to send bulk or advertising communications, or content that is unlawful.
• Reproduce, copy or commercially exploit the content of the Site without prior written authorisation.

4. Services, proposals and contracting

The information published on the Site describes Valtek's services in general terms and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. Each project is contracted through a specific proposal or agreement that defines its scope, timeline, price and particular conditions. Should these Terms and a signed client agreement disagree, the agreement prevails.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, trademarks, logos, designs, images and code of the Site belong to Valtek or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproducing, distributing or modifying them without prior authorisation is prohibited. Ownership of software developed for clients is governed by the corresponding agreement; as a general rule, delivered code becomes the property of the client once the agreed payment conditions have been met.

By submitting the contact form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and accept that Valtek will use them to respond to your enquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Valtek does not guarantee a specific response time, although it aims to reply within two business days.

7. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Valtek neither controls nor is responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Valtek makes reasonable efforts to keep the information current and the Site available, but does not warrant that it will be free of errors, interruptions or outdated content. These Terms are governed by the laws of the República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the competent courts of the República Bolivariana de Venezuela, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
